We have made the returns easy and convenient, you just need to register for a return and our delivery boy shall pick it up as per the delivery location. The refund shall be initiated once your item is received by us or the seller. We have, thereby, formed some return policies so as to ensure that we are able to compensate for your losses.

  • Customers need to apply for a return within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the product, following which the return process shall be initiated.
  • The product shall be returnable if the product received is damaged, defective or different from the details mentioned on the site/app.

Full Refund Possible If:

  • you received a defective item;
  • the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
  • the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

 

Return Policy:

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting delivery charge and additional 5% of the value, ONLY if you notify us within 24 hours.
